EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Over Christmas we extend our returns policy as we know items are being given as gifts.
If you purchase from November 1st - 24th December, you will be able to return your item up until January 10th. Unwanted Christmas gifts can be exchanged for other goods.
If you are returning an item for a refund, we accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. If you are returning an item to exchange it, the item must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was received. Items returned outside of these periods may be refunded / exchanged at our discretion - please email us first for confirmation. If you return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day return period and within the 30 day exchange period, you will have the choice to exchange your item.
Sorry we don't offer free returns at the moment if you get in touch we can help you with the process.
We will cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.

We recommend you send it back via a tracked service so that it gets back to us safely!
