Shipping and Returns

* While we always aim to ship your order as soon as we can there may be possible delays in dispatch times during peak periods. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for non-personalised items and an additional 2-4 days for personalised items on top of delivery times quoted below *

There will be no next day delivery service available from 22 November - 3 December.

UK Express shipping will be a 1-3 day service.

For all other countries, shipping rates will be displayed at checkout or you can contact our customer service team at help@lazewear.com.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we want to hear from you, so please get in touch with the (super friendly) team at Laze.You can return your items as long as they are in good condition. Please make sure that they come back to us as you received them - un-worn, with originals tags intact and no sign of marks or make-up! Please try on your pyjamas to check the fit before washing or wearing them or unfortunately we can't accept the return, Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on any personalised products. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns oversizing.If you are returning an item for a refund, we accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. If you are returning an item to exchange it, the item must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was received. Items returned outside of these periods may be refunded/exchanged at our discretion - please email us first for confirmation. If you return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day return period and within the 30 day exchange period, you will have the choice to exchange your item.Sorry, we don't offer free returns at the moment if you get in touch we can help you with the process.We will cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.  Please email us at help@lazewear.com notifying us that you are going to be returning your pyjamas, then we advise you to return them to us at:

DUTY

If you are purchasing from outside the EU, you will be liable for any import duty on your order.

All duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout. To avoid any unnecessary delays we recommend paying duties and taxes when you place your order.
