SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer a number of delivery options for you to choose from here at Laze Wear! Please see the Shipping Chart below for your local delivery and rates.
 
 

 
 

Please note: In some very rare cases, standard shipping to European countries may experience small delays and so can take up to 14 working days to arrive. 

 

Free shipping and discounted express shipping is not available in all countries.

 

 

R E T U R N S

 

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we want to hear from you, so please get in touch with the (super friendly) team at Laze!

You can return your items as long as they are in good condition. Please make sure that they come back to us as you received them - un-worn, with originals tags intact and no sign of marks or make-up! (Please try on your pyjamas to check the fit before washing or wearing them or unfortunately we can't accept the return!)

Please use the link provided on your returns form and fill this in to send back to us with your order number filled in and the reason for your return and we'll get your refund or exchange organised for you asap! For this service we will deduct £2.50 off your refund to cover the return postage.

If you are returning from within the EU but outside of the UK please get in touch and we will organise a separate link for you. 

If you are returning from outside of the EU you need to get in touch with us at help@lazewear.com and you are responsible for returning the items to us at your own cost unless faulty. 


RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE
 
The item must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was received.

RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
 
We accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Please Note 
 
If you return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day return period and within the 30 day exchange period, you will have the choice to exchange your item. 
 
We will cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item. Please email us at help@lazewear.com if there is a fault with your order!
