If you are purchasing from outside the EU, you will be liable for any import duty on your order. All duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout. To avoid any unnecessary delays we recommend paying duties and taxes when you place your order.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returning an item couldn't be easier with Laze. Try your pyjamas on in the comfort of your own home and if you think you really can’t snuggle down in them or need to send them back for a new size or colour we’ll happily offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
You can return them as long as they are in good condition. Please make sure that they come back to us as you received them - un-worn, with originals tags intact and no sign of marks or make-up!
If you’re in the UK or EU we offer FREE 30 day exchanges and returns so you can really fall in love with your pyjamas! We're really sorry, but at this time customers ordering outside of the UK or EU will have to cover their own return postage costs
Non-personalised items that are in a re-sellable condition; unworn, with original tags or protective stickers intact, no marks and no makeup.
As monogrammed items are bespoke for each customer, they are non-refundable or returnable, unless we have made an error or they are faulty. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns over sizing before ordering your bespoke pyjamas!
Items which have already been exchanged cannot be returned.
Items returned outside of these periods may be refunded/exchanged at our discretion - please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or guidance.

We recommend sending your return back by a signed for service to ensure it arrives safely, however, the delivery method is completely up to you. Please make sure you receive and retain a proof of purchase receipt from the courier.
Information to Include With Your Return
In order for us to process your exchange or refund in the quickest manner possible, please make sure to include the completed Returns Form on the reverse of the dispatch note you received with your original order.
Processing your Refund
A refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of items. We will aim to process your refund within 3 days of receipt. Please allow 4 - 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account as processing times differ between banks!
